Birthday Party at the zoo!

Moo and his friend Ava have the same birthday.  This year, we went to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo for Ava's 3rd birthday party.  It was very fun!  We didn't move very quickly with our big group of toddlers, but everyone had a fabulous time!

Mr. Moo is 2!  I can hardly believe it--I feel like he was a newborn only yesterday.  Moo is full of life, personality, and sweet baby kisses.  He has a bit of a naughty streak, but it is hard to get too angry with him because he is awfully cute!  He has a huge vocabulary for a 2 year old, and he loves to chat to himself and anyone else who will listen.  He still knows all of his letters, and now he recognizes many numbers as well.

We didn't have a big party, but we did have lots and lots of balloons!  Moo loved them!

After a yummy birthday dinner of corn dogs, sweet potato oven fries, and watermelon, it was finally time for cupcakes!
